Create and manage your organization's custom FAQ portal
SupporterBase provides a built-in FAQs portal where your organisation can create and manage its own frequently asked questions. While our support docs explain how SupporterBase itself works, your custom FAQs are the perfect place to:
- Share your organisation's communications style and strategy.
- Provide guidance on privacy and security expectations.
- Suggest tips or ideas for local organisers.
- Store template copy for SMS and email communications.
Accessing FAQs
Go to Help > FAQs to see a list of all organisation-specific FAQs.

Managing FAQs
Admin only
Only admins can create, edit, and delete FAQs.

| Create new FAQ | Use the Create New FAQ button in the top navigation (right-hand side). |
| Edit FAQ | Click the blue pencil icon next to an FAQ. |
| Delete FAQ | Click the red trash can icon. |
